We’re Mackenzie and Riley Farber — sisters born just two years apart and the youngest of five siblings. We grew up in a lively, full house where creativity, curiosity, and supporting one another were always encouraged. Starting a family business together was something we talked about for years, and bringing Farber & Co. Digital to life truly feels like a dream come true.
Independent schools and small businesses have always been a huge part of our world. We both attended independent schools; our dad has spent more than 40 years working in them, and our summers were shaped by our mom’s summer sports camp. Growing up surrounded by these communities gave us a deep appreciation for the passion, care, and hard work that goes into running small to mid-sized schools and businesses, as well as a firsthand understanding of the realities they face every day.
With backgrounds in Communications, marketing became a natural outlet for our creativity. We love getting to know the people behind each brand, uncovering what makes them unique, and turning that into thoughtful, engaging digital stories that help expand their reach. From social media to content and strategy, our work is rooted in connection, storytelling, and showing up in a way that feels authentic to who you are.
