Mackenzie Farber
Co-Founder & Digital Marketing Specialist
Mackenzie Farber is a dynamic communications professional with over five years of experience in marketing, public relations, and brand development. She has worked with high-profile clients including NFL athletes, university athletic teams, and companies of all sizes—ranging from national brands like White Claw to boutique fitness organizations such as Rumble Boxing. A former NCAA Division I collegiate lacrosse player, Mackenzie brings a strong team-oriented mindset, positivity, and empowering leadership skills to every project. She holds a B.A. in Communications from George Mason University and has additional experience in event coordination, youth leadership, and sales.
Riley Farber
Co-Founder & Digital Marketing Specialist
Riley Farber is a recent graduate from Ohio University where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Communications and Marketing, along with a certification in International Business. She has over three years of experience working in customer service, and more than a year of digital marketing experience with luxury RV resorts and private schools. Throughout college she took on multiple leadership roles that fueled her motivation, drive and ability to thrive in team environments. She approaches new projects with creativity and a proactive mindset, offering innovative ideas and proactive problem-solving strategies. With HubSpot certifications in Marketing Essentials, Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Nonprofit Essentials, she is eager to use her expertise with new clients.
Margie Anderson
Chief Operating Officer
Margie Anderson is a dynamic leader with a lifelong passion for excellence, mentorship, and innovation. As the Founder and Director of Spirit Sports Camp for Girls (1991–2021), Margie built and led a thriving organization from the ground up—overseeing everything from marketing and enrollment to staffing and operations. Her entrepreneurial vision and hands-on management style helped create a positive, empowering space for young athletes for nearly three decades.
Before launching her own business, Margie spent ten years as the head women’s soccer and lacrosse coach at the University of New Hampshire. There, she excelled in program development, recruitment, strategy, and leadership, managing fully funded teams and cultivating top-tier athletic talent.
A celebrated athlete herself, Margie competed at the highest levels of U.S. women’s lacrosse for 11 years—earning a gold medal and scoring the overtime game-winner for Team USA in 1989. She was a leading scorer on multiple national teams and a standout dual-sport athlete at the University of Massachusetts, where she served as captain and MVP of both the lacrosse and soccer teams and earned them their only NCAA National Championship.
Her athletic achievements earned her inductions into the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame (2016), University of Massachusetts Hall of Fame (2004), New England Lacrosse Hall of Fame (1999), and others.
Margie holds a degree in Elementary Education from UMass and has also taught and coached at various prestigious schools, including Western Reserve Academy, Landmark and Glen Urquhart School.
With a sharp eye for brand strategy, a talent for audience engagement, and a deep understanding of what drives growth and success, Margie brings bold and creative leadership to every project she takes on.
